Majority of the trash was Homeless trash. Homeless camps have been congregating and becoming a problem at the South end of the Waterfront trail. It keeps getting worse every time we’ve showed up this year. The camps are starting to look pretty established. We can’t let this get out of control. We can use more patrolling by EPD and we could probably fill up a dumpster of just homeless rubbish.
