Fortuna Trash Bash in Collaboration with Fortuna Creeks Project
Location:
This weeks cleanup will be held at the Atterberry Lane Parking Lot, located on the East side of the Kenmar Road Exit, South Fortuna. See the map below for details.
Parking:
Please feel free to park in the Atterbarry Lane parking lot on the East side of HWY 101.
Cleanup Area:
We will focus on the roadsides along Atterberry Lane, Kenmar Road, and Riverwalk Drive, Off and On ramps of Kenmar Exit, and several other areas around Fortuna that volunteers will drive to.
Event Schedule:
We will meet at the Bay Street parking lot at 8:45 am to sign in. The cleanup will commence at 9:00 am and end at 10:30 am. We will gather for a group photo and raffle at 10:15 am.
We are also seeking donations for raffle items to reward our incredible volunteers. If you’re interested in contributing, we’re looking for small-dollar items and gift cards ($10-$20 value). Email us at PacOutGreenTeam@gmail.com
This year marks our 10th anniversary, and we couldn’t continue without the support of our community. Thanks to your help over the past decade, we are on track to surpass one million pounds of garbage collected.
