Successful Cleanup for Eureka to Arcata Trail Opening!
We had an excellent turnout for today’s cleanup, held in celebration of the official opening of the Eureka to Arcata Trail!
Our team focused on the Waterfront Trail, anticipating high foot traffic for the day, as well as the grassy areas around the parking lot. We collected a significant amount of trash, making a real difference just in time for the community to enjoy this beautiful new connection between Eureka and Arcata.
A huge thank you to all the volunteers who showed up and helped make this cleanup a success. Your dedication is what keeps our trails and natural spaces clean and welcoming for everyone!
