🌤️ Beautiful November Morning on the Eureka Waterfront Trail!
We were treated to blue skies and a much-needed break from the rain during this weekend’s cleanup. Our focus was the section of the waterfront trail that runs alongside the mall, and our volunteers got right to work.

Along the way we picked up lots of loose trash and came across several abandoned homeless camps. We also encountered one large active camp with three residents. They asked for bags and gloves so they could clean up their own area, and we were happy to help. By the end, we removed around 10 bags of trash and provided each resident with a PacOut Green Team Survival Pack, made possible through a generous grant from Coast Central Credit Union. They were very appreciative—both for the cleaner camp and the support. 💚

A huge thank-you to all our volunteers who showed up and worked hard, as always. We filled the dumpster again and left the Eureka Waterfront Trail cleaner than we found it. Extra shout-out to the Six River Solar team for showing up in force—this is a fantastic opportunity for local businesses to make a difference, build camaraderie, and still enjoy their weekend.
