11/29/25 – Post Cleanup Report – Special Cleanup in Samao, CA
🌿 Special Samoa Cleanup! 🌿
This week’s cleanup was a big one! We tackled a large abandoned camp we discovered at the end of last week’s event — and it was no small feat. The site sat 30 feet up a hill, so every bag had to be filled on-site and hauled down by hand to our trash hauler. 💪
But our crew showed up strong! With an awesome turnout, we finished the entire cleanup in just 40 minutes and pulled over 1,500 lbs of trash! 🙌 This proves that with many hands, even the toughest jobs can be completed quickly and thoroughly. Amazing work, everyone!
We also celebrated PacOut Green Team Hall-of-Famer Ted Halstead’s birthday with pie after the cleanup! 🎉🥧
