10/10/26 – Post Cleanup Report – Hikshari Trail – Hilfiker Ln.
ππ HIKSHARI TRAIL TRASH BASH RECAP! ππ
51 volunteers, 2 awesome dogs, and an incredible community showing up for our open spaces! πΆπ
What a beautiful morning on the Hikshari Trail! All three Eureka Rotary Clubs showed up in force alongside students and community volunteers to help keep this special place beautiful. It was amazing to see so many people come together for a common cause!
Everyone worked incredibly hard, and we were happy to see that this section of the trail was actually cleaner than we’ve seen it in years! π That’s encouraging to see, but we still managed to find plenty of trash, filling about half of our dumpster bin.
We also discovered a secret skate park hidden off the trail! πΉπ Check out our Facebook and Instagram photos to see what we found!
The best part of the morning was watching our community come together. Thereβs something special about people of all ages rolling up their sleeves, working together, and leaving a place better than they found it. β€οΈ
