7/20/24 – Post Cleanup Report – Arcata Marsh & Bay Trail – South G. Street
During our last visit in May, we managed to collect a significant amount of garbage. However, in this recent cleanup, we only encountered a few piles, and the overall volume of trash was minimal. It was a refreshing change to have to search diligently to find it in this area. A huge thank you to everyone who participated, including Arcata’s Mayor Meredith Matthews and Council member Kimberly White for their involvement and support. Special appreciation to the City of Arcata for supplying a dumpster. Our heartfelt gratitude to all our fantastic volunteers and the community for their ongoing support.
