8/31/24 – Post Cleanup Report – McKinleyville 90 Minute Trash Bash
We had a successful McKinleyville Trash Bash with a great turnout. The CCC provided strong support to our cause. Our efforts were concentrated on various areas: Central Avenue from Mill Creek Falls to the Airport, the eucalyptus trees along Hiller Rd., the hill along Murray Rd., behind the large U-Haul location, North Bank Rd., and other spots. We managed to fill approximately 60% of the dumpster, totaling around 1500 lbs. (estimated weight). We are truly grateful to the McKinleyville locals and all our volunteers for demonstrating pride in their community. Mark your calendars for our return in November!
