10/19/24 – Post Cleanup Report – Rio Dell Watershed
This marked our initial collaboration with the Rio Dell Watershed group. Together, we successfully collected about 1,100 pounds of trash from the riverbed. This effort was particularly important with the rain forecasted for the week, as we aimed to stop this debris from entering the river and ultimately reaching the ocean. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the volunteers who made the extra effort to travel to Rio Dell. It’s truly rewarding to assist our neighboring communities! We are all part of one big community.
