WE DID IT! This marks a significant achievement for us, as picking up 730 pounds or more means we have surpassed 1,000,000 pounds of trash removed from our delicate beaches, parks, forests, wetlands, riverbeds, and trails over the past ten years! The turnout of volunteers was incredible, and together we collected approximately 2,200 pounds of garbage from the waterfront trail! This milestone is monumental, and we couldn’t have reached it without the unwavering support from our fantastic volunteers and partner organizations. Your dedication to our mission creates a direct positive impact on our local community. The community desires cleaner outdoor spaces, and we are making that a reality in just 60 to 90 minutes at a time. A special thank you to the Humboldt Realtors Association for their strong support and for donating six gift cards for our raffle!
