Cleanup Details:

We need your help! Samoa Dunes is in really BAD shape right now. It has been taken over by RV’s that are illegally camping out there and there is litter everywhere. A couple of the pullouts that have been problematic, historically, with campers have K-rail along the road to prevent campers from pulling in. The two sections with k-rail are working! It’s all the other sections without k-rail that are getting trashed by illegal campers. The county either needs to evict all the illegal campers and install k-rail at all the pull outs or they need to manage these illegal campsite better by providing garbage cans, bathrooms, and routine pickups. Samoa Dunes is OUR beach (all of ours to enjoy) responsibly. Now it’s not, due to illegal campers and all the trash they are leaving behind. This is not right. Please see the pictures for details.
