4820 lbs of trash (Actual) AND 332 needles collected in 90 minutes. With the needles it comes out to 8 needles per volunteer or 4 needles collected per minute! We had a fantastic turnout with 45 volunteers! These folks that made it out last Saturday were absolutely AMAZING! Thank you so much! Thank you STIL for all the great prizes given out at the cleanup. EVERYONE was a winner! Thank you Eureka Police Department CSET Team for all your help transporting garbage to our large dumpster. We collected a lot more trash in the deeper parts of the forest, because of that. Thank ou to Fortuna Creeks Project for joining us! It’s nice to see people from other towns helping each other out! Thank you ECO Eureka for co-hosting this event with us! We couldn’t get these results without everyone’s efforts.

See you this Saturday at Samoa Beach – Power Poles (first parking lot on the right when heading out to Samoa Beach)
